I took this photo at Moorecraft Park, in the Nanoose area, on East Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada..
This is my rendition (4 guitar tracks and a voice track) of a song which was written by Leona Williams & performed by the late great Merle Haggard, who was an American country music song writer, singer, guitarist, fiddler and instrumentalist.... Along with Buck Owens, Merle Haggard and his band "The Strangers" helped create the Bakersfield sound, which is characterized by the unique twang of a Fender Telecaster guitar and the unique mix with the traditional country steel guitar sounds... By the 1970s, Haggard was aligned with the growing outlaw country movement, and continued to release successful albums through the 1990s and into the 2000s... This is a photo of Merle Haggard.
Thanks for stopping by... Comments are most welcome.... Have a good day my friends.HugssGary
