Beautiful sing here Shawn.....and such a lovely poem. I worked at the Veteran's OPC in Oakland and I know first hand how some of them suffered for our country. I did my very best to help them with their needs. This performance has brought tears to my eyes. I have total respect for all Veterans here and abroad!

Let’s remember those who fought and died with utmost gallantry!
And bravely gave of them selves and served unselfishly.
These soldiers, our precious veterans’ put their mark on history.
Then paid the price with their lives… because,

The right to vote, the right to speak, and worship as we please
Was defended to the death! Here at home and across the seas.
The gallant and the brave were called and answered willingly

We are part of this great nation home of brave and land of free
Only because of the many who went to task and won the victory!
We salute our fallen hero’s, those who fought for you and me.
