Thanks again, Gil! the song is downright SCARY! it always reminded me of the classic "Ghost Riders In The Sky" (with a healthy dose of "Heartbreak Hotel" thrown in for good measure! And THAT spells C L A S S I C ! ! !
The funny thing is... most people ain't never even heard of this song and that spells...T R A G I C ! ! ! ! !
I NEVER thought I would EVER get to do this song. GOD bless AMERICA!

This is Buffalo Joe (yep; I was actually born in Buffalo) giving my positive critique' on your version of this song. It sounds fine even without the echo effect! Your vocal soars on this song. Can hear the reverence in your voice for this type of song. You and I share the same feelings when it comes to songs like these. Remember I sent you a clip of that song titled SONJA? They all have that haunting quality about them! Echo has always had that ethereal effect on my listening taste.
I'll send a you a couple more, but right now I've got to go and listen to your version of Wicked Game! BroJoe

Sonja...don't remember....but I've always been partial to scary songs with that ghostly minor chord effect. Johnny Cash nailed it on his version of ghost riders and so too waylon jennings with delias gone!!

Thank you Dear. I've always been a fan of Chris Isaak. He has an incredible way of adding MEANING to the minimal usage of lyrics in his material. Yet the raw emotion is there - naked and exposed...like an 'animal in headlights'...hopelessly trapped!
best wishes to you,
~jimmy
