The song I've chosen for the first round is a flash back to the 70's .
And from a group who had a string of hits this was one of my favorites
and a good opining number to get you on your feet. It as a catchy beat
and typical of the songs of the decade this will probably be a new song
to most as not sure if it made the billboard charts . So on checking on Wiki
I see it did not . So for all the older members that do here's my cover of The Marmalade's
Radancer . Reaching No.4 in the UK charts

Dont think i know it but it has a beat like many of the songs from that era , surely a nice one to start off an evening of dance with....not too fast and just enough pace to get your feet tapping in the right direction.......grand performance for us......enjoyed it much and tapping me feet as we go along!

Singing supercharges the endorphins - those "feel good" chemicals so great for healing!

Very catchy, Johnny. You've given it a fabulous performance, as always.
I looked up The Marmalade and found a bit of detail for you.
Lorrie

Marmalade are a Scottish pop rock band originating from the east end of Glasgow, originally formed in 1961 as The Gaylords, and then later billed as Dean Ford and the Gaylords. In 1966 they changed the band’s name to The Marmalade, and were credited as such on all of their recorded releases with CBS Records and Decca Records until 1972. Their greatest chart success was between 1968 and 1972, placing ten songs on the UK Singles Chart, including international hit "Reflections of My Life", which reached #10 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Chart. The original members began to drift away in the early 1970s, resulting in the band departing Decca in 1972. In 1973 the first evolved line up of the band rejoined EMI Records and with their first record release became known simply as “Marmalade”. All subsequent record releases are credited similarly.

Graham Knight (an ongoing member from the pre-Marmalade “Dean Ford and the Gaylords” lineup) remained until September 2010. The band still exists, with many additional further evolved lineup’s including vocalist Sandy Newman, a member since 1975, touring the nostalgia circuit.
