LICENCE TO DANCE *FINAL ROUND* (The best of the best songs) Well it was very difficult for me to choose the best song as I have many, many favorites including : Imagine (John Lennon), What a wonderful world(Louis Armstrong), Over the rainbow (Judy Garland), The dance (Garth Brooks), The wind beneath my wings (Bette Midler) for instance and believe me there are many more. What I decided to do is : Choose one that is tattooed on my heart as ONE OF THE VERY BEST LOVE SONGS of ALL TIMES. Those of you old enough to remember "LOve story" will remember this moving film and this song has been a TIMELESS love song ever since. *This songs speaks of love so well in my opinion. The lyrics speak from themselves and hopefully my voice will make you FEEL how real these words are to me. *Dedicated to the man that makes my heart sing !! I love you my Honey <3 Thanks for listening! I appreciate it :)

[center][size=26][B]A LICENCE TO A DANCE *ROUND#4* Connecting the past and the present~ Celebrating the fact that age has no bearing when music and dance come together. [center]Celebrating the incredible DOLLY PARTON who at 68 years young can move just about anyone with her lyrics and her music and that the new generation loves her just as much as those who knew her way back when. Dolly says about herself ; "I say I'm as old as yesterday, but hopefully as new as tomorrow." :D "Now everything is always high-tech, and I've just been dragged screaming and kicking into the 21st century," A whole new generation is discovering her and she's still going strong! She has released 42 albums in over 45 years. She still loves to write and to perform on stage. She's an example of how music makes stay young. She is a legend and has stood the test of time. She is one of 5 ladies of country music to be honored with entertainer of the year. This song was a huge hit for Dolly twice in country music and everyone remember's Whitney Houston's incredible version sung for the movie "The bodyguard. :) This songs connects the past and the present just fine as it's one of the world's favorite songs even today. I could write pages about Miss Dolly. She's always been one of my country idols and one of the most talented song writers country music has known. In closing : I also chose this song because Dolly was also my dearly departed sister's favorite and this was her favorite song. The past connects with the present for me as it keeps my memories of my sister alive. It's THANKS GIVING in Canada today and incidently, it's the last time my sister and I spent a holiday together. I know she'd love this even though it's with "teary eyes" that I sang it. Rest in peace Sweet Sis!! Miss you every day <3 Thanks for listening! I appreciate it :)
