Singing with my dear friend Ed.. who seldom ever posts "Open Duets" so what a joy to be able to sing with him today!!! You did a fantastic sing here... and I enjoyed learning this so I could sing it with you.. not sure if it is exactly right... as it seems that others here in SS all have a unique way of singing this... so perhaps "Ours" is unique too!!! I hope you love it ...I do!!! Have a wonderful day my friends and SS family!! Blessings and Hugs Rhonda :)

"Wild Mountain Thyme" (also known as "Will Ye Go, Lassie, Go") is a folk song written by Francis McPeake, a member of a well known musical family in Belfast, Ireland, and of Scottish origin. Ed sang this so beautifully that I thought I would join him on the mandolin! This is a song the family sang often on St. Patrick's Day. My mother in law was born and raised in Ireland so I got to learn many wonderful Irish songs. This is one of my favourites! I hope you like it! Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Added a Low harmony along with BethyBug138's lead and Eggbeater-Ed's Base harmony. Happy Sunday all :) Here is their duet: http://www.singsnap.com/karaoke/r/c1abc05ea And here is Beth's solo lead: http://www.singsnap.com/karaoke/r/c3751893a
