Bouvet Island is an uninhabited volcanic island in the South Atlantic Ocean and it is the most remote island in the world. (say what?! I live here - I guess this blurb on Wikipedia was written before I pulled up stakes to move to this God forsaken place!)

Because of the harsh climate and ice-bound terrain, vegetation is limited to lichens and mosses. Seals, seabirds, penguins and one lone karaoke singer named roarcat are the only fauna.

I love being on SS. I have met many nice folks on here. To those of you whom I consider friends, I appreciate you more than you know.

Please understand when I leave comments, if I have 'known' you for a while, I may try to leave humorous comments, all the while letting you know that I enjoyed your singing. I am not here to sling insults or to make anyone feel bad. I come here to relax and have fun, as I'm sure many of you do. I have never, ever intentionally left a negative comment - that's not the point of this site...my sense of humor is a little wicked, but I do believe many of you 'get' it...I totally love when people leave me comments and I think it's hysterical when I get humorous comments as well...there are many times I laugh out loud at your comments and I thank you for that...and I thank you also for the sweet, wonderful words. I truly appreciate all of your visits....Thank You!
