Like most people who sing, I've been singing and playing country music long as I can remember. I play and sing in local jam sessions a couple times a week. A few of us play at local restaurants and/or county events, etc. Pretty much anywhere we're asked. I'm not looking or expecting to be discovered. My opportunity to pursue that avenue has long passed. I admire those of you who are out there doing that; chasing your dream. Tip of the hat to all of you. I wish you all great success! I chose a different path many years ago. I enlisted in the Air Force in 1978. I received my orders, so my wife, one year old daughter and I packed up and hit the road for Charleston AFB, S.C. Our son was born there two years later. We spent over ten years there before we received our next set of orders. Long story short...I retired from the Air Force in 1998 after twenty years of service. Shortly after retirement, I started my second career. I'm now employed as a Regional Technical Manager with a large dialysis company. I'm still married to that wonderful woman who followed and supported me during our Air Force years. We now have three fantastic grandkids who keep us busy. Don't get me wrong...I still dream of singing on the stage of the Opry. But I am happy doing what I do. The lady singing with me is Holly, a friend of mine from bix. She is an awesome singer and I'm so thankful for her helping me out on this. Be sure and check her songs out. You won't be disappointed. :)Ken
