First of all, you need to know that two things matter in my world: my wonderful boyfriend Nick (click here to see his Snap profile and songs) and my work. I taught high school for eight years, but now work as a UniServ Director in Maryland (after a brief stint working in Virginia) - love helping public employees and education! I have an absolute passion for music, and I hope it comes out in the songs I sing!!! Feel free to send requests, join me on a duet, or PM me with a song you'd like me to hear! There are SO many talented people on this site, and I love to listen to all of my favorites...but that's a lot of songs! Truth be told, I was much more engaged in SingSnap when it was still in it's early design (I'm one of those members who remember when it was a "beta" site!). I've made many friends and memories that I'll hold dear forever, but SingSnap isn't the priority it once was for me. While I fondly remember my days in the chat room as an admin and active member, I rarely find the opportunity nowadays to be as engaged in this community as I once was (whether that's because the community has changed or I have changed, who knows!).
