Went to my first karaoke bar in 2009 and the DJ liked my voice. I had never sung in front of anyone solo, so it was scary and barely audible, but with encouragement, I've developed a stronger voice and confidence. Just having fun. Too old to go for American Idol, but, oh well, loving life. :)
