I am sorry for the way my voice sounds. I had thyroid surgery a few years back and had a large tumor taken off of it along with half of my thyroid. The tumor was pressing against my voice box and my jugular vein. And ever since i have had limited control of my voice. Sometimes I sound like a young boy going through puberty. My voice will crack. And allergies also play a part makes me sound nasal at times too. So anyone that listens thanks for being tolerate. And thanks for the nice comments when i know i don't sound the best. This has been a cool site to come to . Love to listen to alot of the members that sing on here. I don''t know why alot of them haven't done this for a profession. Have some talented people on here.

My youngest son had been serving in Iraq. And got back from there on the 13th of February 2010. Very glad he is safe and sound and back home where he belongs. Was a very stressful year for our family with him being over in Iraq. But he had his guardian angels watching over him.

I have 3 sons and 1 daughter. She is the next to the oldest. Son 28 and 30 daughter 40 and my oldest is 43. Sure makes me feel old. My grandchildren. I have 6 grandsons and 6 grandaughters.

The ones that got married in August of 2010 will be parents in July 2011. Havent had a little grandbaby for nine years. Very excited. No more waiting our grandson was born on July 2,2011. Safe and sound. Tiny to us. He was 7-1 and our kids were 8-3 , 8-10 1/2 , 9-13 and the babies daddy Brandon was our largest at 9-14.

Went for a physical last week. Found out why my voice sounds hoarse alot anymore. Have had reflux for years. And the acid is burning my vocals chords. So just as they arent so tender and swollen then they get burnt again. So hang in there with me. Havent done a song for awhile but will try again soon. Also the doctor said with the reflux and allergies that doesnt help matters. Thanks to all that come and listen.

Became a Great grandma today - A baby boy - 7lbs 10 oz. Jan. 26, 2012.

Getting really anxious for the two grandaughters that are coming soon. Our one daughter in law is having problems so they think she will deliver early. Just want mom and baby to both be ok. They have mom on bedrest till she delivers. Well our little grandaughter is here. She was born on the 14th of this month and wasnt due till the 11th of next month. No mistakes on due date but she weighed 8-12. Daddy weighed 9-13 and mommy was 9-7 so we were not surprised she was bigger. Had breathing problems and jaundice at first but now she is doing great.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The other one will have a brother to welcome her . And she might be early too. So he will be almost 14 months. Due anytime now. Her due date is the 2nd of September but she is ready. Cant wait for her to come also. Then I will have two new beautiful grandaughters to spoil and love.She is here. Born 8-29-12 and weighed 6-3. Thank God they are both here safe and sound.
