The Community Support team is just what the name implies. We are here to support YOU, the community of SingSnap. Our job entails: Ensuring our forum is a safe and entertaining place to hang out and discuss a variety of topics, keeping the forum organized by ensuring thread topics are in the correct folders, providing direction and support for members' general site or forum related questions, managing the SingSnap Original track to ensure it's used for original works only, and promoting positive community interaction.
We've put together this profile to make it easier for you to get a hold of someone who can assist you in a timely manner. Feel free to send us a message. You can let us know when your contest or challenge is ready to be moved to Completed or even just to say "Hi".
If you have questions about where to turn for any particular issue, we'd be happy to help with that. We can help direct you to the proper team or resource, or provide general navigational help.
