FYI...Many times AVG Anti-Virus can cause connectivity issues to SingSnap, if you're using AVG Anti-Virus disable or uninstall the AVG Toolbar.

Last night and tonight, every song I record, when it goes to review, it just keeps spinning and spinning. It's been happening around this time at night - recorded one today and it went right through. I have tweaked everything, but to no avail. Tonight, I went to Explorer and then to Firefox - nothing made a difference!!!!! I don't have AVG.

yea I keep getting the same BS connection loss this really sucks I dont know if it hackers or some crap this contiues your site will just go belly up this is serious I might just quit thats why I have not been on for a long time you should allow more free songs or you guys our in it for the profit this is really ticking me off more than offen I want to sing but I cant & EVEN GOLD MEMBERS HAVE THIS PROPLEM GEEZ get this fixed or you may lose me

Well folks after nearly a week of trying, I'm no nearer to finding a solution to my problem,singsnap have been very good, trying to sort it out, for me, but still it continues, I am really frustrated, and angry, about the whole thing, I havn't done anything to upset the balance on my p.c, it just happened over night, I hope singsnap are monitoring this situation, cause I think it could be very detrimental to this site if every ones p c starts to go the same way. If I cant get things sorted then I wont be paying my future subscriptions. Although I love listening to others, I would like others to have the chance listen to me too..

In the meantime some things that can be done:
- Hard Reboot (meaning to remove power/turn off) computer, modem and any router used
- While logged out of SingSnap clear the browser cache and cookies - here's a link on how to do that:

- Log back into Snap and re-run the setup wizard:

If the Adobe Flash Settings box appears make sure allow and remember are filled in and click close.
If the blue clear settings button is present on the first page of the wizard make sure to click on it and be sure to click on the green save settings button at the end of the wizard.
- If AVG anti-virus is installed be sure to turn off or uninstall the AVG toolbar in the browser.
- If Norton Anti-Virus is installed SingSnap may need to be added to the list of safe sites.

Yep its aggravating when I come back after a long leave of absence and decide to record a song and it won't connect, especially after nothing has changed on this end. It also reminds me why I no longer pay for the gold membership.

I have been having trouble with uploading for almost a year and a half. Although I have pretty near gone thru all the techs with their suggestions, its hit and miss. Yes, it is frustrating.... I don't have problems with video or audio on any other sites, so I think it may be that SS is not large enough to support the amount of people on site, it appears that on the peak hours, my computer drags and eventually stops. I can't listen nor record as the music and lyrics do not upload. I'm told its my carrier, but when I stop in the wee hours of the morning 4:00 a.m. MST US, the music uploads in seconds and my recordings return almost immediately for review and sync. So , I do believe that the co. may not have the means to handle the load.
I can understand on days when its windy, as I use High Speed Internet, but even then, I can record., so I dont know what he answer is either, but just wanted to share.
