HOw Do I Change The text color

You can change text color with a simple font tag:

Text here

So, for example if you wanted red text:

Hello world!

This would output:

Hello world!

Regarding the footer, you shouldn't completely remove it as it has some important links and also includes SS's license information. But, you can make the background of it transparent so that it doesn't interfere with your background image you have on your profile. You can add this to your profile:

you should not totally remove the footer... it has necessary links and copyright info that is supposed to appear on your pages...

whatever tag you are using, close it with a corresponding tag...

the tag would close out the tag , which isn't a valid HTML tag anyways...

no, makes no difference... just be sure to close the tag that changes your text....
