This is most likely related to your browser cookies. You'll want to make sure your browser is allowing cookies and is not set to delete them on exit.

Thank you Rob!! I finally figured out what to do thanks to you. On my internet tools there was a box checked to always delete cookies on exit. Not sure how it got checked, but after I unchecked it, all is back to normal. Appreciate it. Jan

Over the last few weeks I have to run the SS Wizard every time I come online. I never had this problem before. My settings were saved for long periods of time. Any idea why this is happening. If I come on line 20 different times a day, I have to run SS Wizard every single time. It is getting tiresome. Is there anything I can do??? Thanks
