Good morning Secret Snappers!
I've just been through and added the last few entries that were eligible. We ended up with 382 songs on the playlist! Way to go, everyone! I'll be posting the playlist link again in the next post for those who still want to listen.
It looks like a couple of people missed the deadline. We sadly can't add you to the playlist if you did, but we hope you will still share your song with your new friend :)

I chose this song for Claire because I have always loved it and thought she might enjoy it as well. The lyrics are beautiful if you really listen to them. All that matters really is the love we receive and the love we give. That love could be helping someone in ways we might never imagine.

I hope its not too late, but they kept me on my work... there where some issues so i had to stay till midnight.... when i was home i was to tired to record... so when i came home today directly started recording.. i hope its on time...

Anyway, my Secret SingSnapper, Sunshiendee, requested "Blue Christmas" (wonder why she thought I could sing that?). But I know she loves Christian and gospel music. So, in bending the rules here, I'm giving her both. The first recording here is the Elvis version of "Blue Christmas" and the other is Elvis' version of "How Great Thou Art."
Merry Christmas Darlene (Sunshiendee) and I really enjoyed your "Farther Along!" Once I feel a little more familiar with it I'll record the duet!

I am very sorry for missing the due date. Mic problems have prevented me from recording and work has prevented me from getting a new one. It was not my intentions to miss this great event. However, I do intend on replacing my mic and recording a song for hotsaucey!! Sorry to her and Merry Christmas to all who participated in this great theme!!
