It is summer’s last hurrah, the one last chance to gather with family and friends, cook out, swims, go boating, and enjoy the great beauty of nature in Summer’s last warm embrace of the year. And now? It's over.
But Wait !!! What if we invent our own Holiday? Let's end the Summer with a brand new Holiday created by YOU! A Holiday created by SingSnappers - A Snapiday! What's YOUR Snapiday!?
This is a one-day, one-time, two-part challenge! Complete both parts of the challenge and you'll not only contribute to prolonging our fabulous summer fun but you'll also get a nifty banner for your profile!
Snapiday Challenge - Part One: Sing any song on the Feature Page on Friday September 9th, 2011. The song must be dated September 9th to be eligible.
Snapiday Challenge - Part Two: In your song comment section, we want you to create your own SingSnap Holiday! We want to know the name of it and what it celebrates! The more creative you are - the better. It can be SingSnap related, music related or anything you can think of. Just let us know what it is here on Snapland so we can help you celebrate it!
Do you want to appear in our special Feature Page spotlights? Then be sure to decorate, decorate, decorate! Show us your Snapiday colors, traditions, flags! Whatever it is you can come up with - show it on cam!
1. The Challenge is open from 12:00 AM EST until 11:59 PM EST Friday September 9th, 2011! (Your song MUST be dated September 9th to be eligible)
2. Using the Harmony/Duet Function is allowed for self-duets only. No two-person duets. The song MUST be sang fresh for this challenge. So, be prepared to prove it if need be.
3. Gender Benders are acceptable
4. You MUST have FUN! Fun, Fun, Fun!
5. Post your challenge link back in this thread.
6. Web cams are encouraged but not required.
7. Challenge is open to all members.
8. One main entry song per Snapper.
9. Promotion of non-challenge songs is strictly prohibited.
