4th Annual Oregon SingSnap Party

I am having a problem finding a flight from any of the airports near me...I have tried Miami International, Ft. Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach....no flights available on the dates.....HELP!!! Anyone coming from Florida???

I tried Melbourne and Orlando too :( No flights to Salem....I don't know what to do

you need to fly into Portland Sam. Angcould is finding ways to get folks from the Airport to the hotel and back. We can make that part happen.

Ok so I called the Hotel and they only have one person reserved under the Oregon Singsnap Party, I would like
to let everyone know if you made a reservation to please
make sure you said you were with the Singsnap party as
they are going to group us together!!!!

So I will look at my schedule this week and I hope to join in on the fun. Count me as a maybe so far. I have yet to meet so many of you wonderful people. Been in the Snap family since 2006 so I need to step up and go to a gathering of such! I really like the dates too because it does not interfere with Pride. I will check my schedule this week and plan ahead.

So, what does everyone do during the day? Sleep? LOL!!

Also, is the room rate split amongst the people in the room or does each person in the room pay the room rate? I'm trying to decide if I want stay down in Salem, but I don't really want to have to drive up to Saint Helens, and miss hanging out with everyone during the day if you guys do a bunch of fun stuff.

There's usually a bunch to do. Sometimes a trip to the coast. picnics in parks, just doing fun stuff. Everybody usually gets together for breakfast on Sunday morning. It's a blast!

We are working on a group picnic for Saturday. We have a location with a kitchen and pool and bbq and space. We just havent worked on any of the details yet. I imagine that will start to shape up real soon.

Here is the information for the shuttle service to Salem from the Portland Airport, this shuttle will take you to
the Red Lion Inn in Salem, from there I will need to know who
will need a ride/pick up from that hotel to ours....along with the time you expect to arrive, its normally a 60 min drive from Portland to Salem (allowing time due to its a shuttle maybe a bit longer) it would help to have an eta time. If you do need a ride from the Red Lion to our hotel please let me know and I will give you my cell number to arrange a pick up for you on friday!!!

Im think we bbq and relax all afternoon and recharge for Saturday night! Faye made me promise to make some jellos shots and she is willing bring a dish.

I need to know how many so i can plan on plates n napkins and such. If you can bring a dish that would be awesome. A few dollars for the food n such. Bring your own refreshments, that way you get to drink what you like.

Kitchen is open so we can use that as well.

Well this is his business so it the vehicles are not free ; ), but I am waiting for the cost as he will have to hire a second driver for the other limo, I did invite him to join us for the weekend too!!!
I will let you know as soon as I get a figure from him, lol I am hoping for a "he loves us" rate.... will let everyone know asap... but as I said space is limited so I need to know from everyone as soon as they can put their name up!!!
they will hold up to 24 comfortably 12 in each but we definately can squeeze in about 3 or 4 more... in each!
