We have 20 rooms Blocked Listed under "Oregon Singsnap"
room rates are:
$90.00 w/2 queen beds, for 2 people.
$100.00 w/2 queen beds , for 4 people
They do have suites for $150/160 if anyone wants it
Room reservations MUST be made by June 1st 2011. Can be held with a credit card and will not be billed until day of check IN...So Get those rooms booked
These room rates "INCLUDE" Complimentary breakfast at Denny's.
We are Scheduled to be at Iggy's Bar and Grill both Friday and Saturday night Starting at 7pm. Transportation to and from the club will be available, details to follow the closer we get to our date of the party.

Time has come for me to keep and post a list of who's comming! Now we all understand things come up. so if you have to change your status thats fine. We want to know for hotel planning, party planning, BBQ planning, etc.
So for each SS person coming please tell me. Yes I am coming on Fri and/or Sat night. I am staying at the Best Western, or I am staying with friends, or I am not staying overnight. I am bringing one or two (or whatever no. ) on non SS folks with me. the more the merrier! Yes a picnic type event on Saturday sounds fun! count us in!
i will post your ss name on a list for all to see unless you desire privacy, if so please let me know the info so we can plan and i will not post your ss name.

Looks like I won't make it this year. My main reason for attending would be to see Jack (Raisinmuck) and it's doubtful that he will be able to get there. I will more than likely be spending my time in San Diego/LA instead...so sorry~! Maybe next year!

Oregonwax here Well its time to start getting ready for our 4th year. Every year this party just gets bigger and better... Just Starting the thread for now, But I would like to start getting an idea of how many folks are planning to attend. I've heard from numerous people that they plan to be back for this event and they are bringing lots of friends. So stay tuned for more info and dates........
