When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!

I doubt that may happen due to Licensing laws ...sounds nice but that could be a big wish!

I'm able to buy and download songs on karaoke-version. I wish we could do the same with SS

When you become a member, if your read everything you will find that our recordings are the property of SingSnap and are not to be downloaded to our computers or phones for any reason and not to be uploaded to other sites. That being said, I know that it's done by some, but don't expect SS to cooperate to make that happen. I'm not dissing SS for that. They have to be careful because they don't know what we are using the songs for. Just sayin'

There is a software program called "Audacity" that records any audio signal you can play on your computer and then download it to your windows media player. Of course the quality of the recordings whether recorded on singsnap or any other karaoke platform are not professional recording studio quality but they are certainly good enough to make a decent CD with. From time to time I've used Audacity to record a few of my recordings to make a CD to give to a few family members or friends. I certainly don't sell them since that would definitely be a copywrite infringement if I make money from it. You should never do that either. But from the standpoint of just making a nice home grown CD to give to friends and family shouldn't be a problem...……...I hope.
