Of course, I will pray for both Nan and Cathy...Heavenly Father, creator of this heaven and this earth, we lift up this family and any other families needing divine intervention Lord..to you be the Glory, as our Abba Father..our Rock, our Shelter and at this hour our Great Physician, you are our miracle worker, please guide the heart of those caring for her needs at this hour, and we pray that you will guide the hands of the doctors and nurses that are ministering to her to relieve any pain and suffering she may be going through..Lord, keep and comfort Nan who is heartbroke
over Cathy's condition, reassure her that your hand is on Cathy for a speedy recovery. You know our heart, our needs, our cares, and our worries before we utter a word Lord. Funny how that happens...how the healing balm of Gilead proceeds from the Lord before the wounds of life's treacherous journey finds us. Yes- I had contacted Willis99 who, in turn, pointed me to this page...concerning GrannyNan and Cathy.

As I told Willis99...I never knew of this forum, but I have prayed over this site and for every member here as needs became apparent as long as I have been a member here. I have met the best in God's people right here on SS...more so, in some instances, than I have in everyday life.

GrannyNan is truly a "character", to say the least. She is also a fine Christian Lady, a writer, and we had had such a wonderful talk just a fore this travesty found her. I just know that God can make light shine through the darkest places, so I asked for prayer to sustain our Sissy's until the Lord answers through the cloud they must feel surrounded by.

I will relay this correspondence to the prayer-link so that others may know me as well...and in turn know my prayer requests. \o/

Myself and Pammie are aware as a result of a message from our dear friend Charzy and we are also praying now!

Almighty God in Heaven and Jesus Christ, your only begotten son, I pray that you will touch Granny Nan and help her sister to find comfort, and Celtic Witch who lost her father, who is now also in heaven, and heal their hearts and rest the souls of their loved ones. Let us all remember that it is the living who grieve and hurt, while it is the passing of the souls who are now the rich and happy ones to be crossing into the open gates of our heavenly home and the open arms of their loved ones who went past those golden gates before them!

God, I know you don't exist. I'm gonna take a chance here that you might exist., hence this prayer:
God, I notice that we have three human beings suffering.I don't know the circumstances for this but it seems that time is of the essence and I gather that they would rather live and enjoy a quality of life which they deserve until they die as we all will....I am perplexed about you as a mericful god for allowing anyone to suffer....I am especially focusing on these three human beings while you know there have been others who need your help but yet you are so distant from your creations as they suffer.Now, I going to ask you to immediately heal the three human beings mentioned here.....do something and let believers know that you do care. So get off your blessed duff and get to work. In the meantime I send my positive thoughts to grannynan, Cathy and Celtic Witch....
I expect some healing from you and also a response.

Hello everyone. Thank you so much for your love and prayers. It has been a long 24 hours. I am beyond words in appreciation all of your love and prayers.

When I got to see Cathy, I was not prepared for what I was about to see. When I was told there were tremors, I didn't expect to see horrible spasms and seeing her thrashing around in the bed every other minute. It was horrible to see her go through this and not be able to do anything about it.

They could not do the MR I until these movements come down. I did get word this morning that the tremors have calm down, and she had been seen by a good neurologist, who thoroughly evaluated her. She was able to get just a little movement on her right side.

As far as I know, they have taken her for the MR I about an hour or two ago. As of last night, it got to the point where she did not want anyone to see her except for her husband. It broke my heart, because I wanted to be with her so bad. I understood though, that she just did not want anyone to see her in that condition she was in.

Bottom line for now, she has had a brain hemorrhage, she is also paralyzed on her right side, she can speak one word every now and then, but she has full mental capabilities and understanding. She is able to respond to commands. She is able to understand everything that is said, and also recognizes those who she knows.

I have taken this very hard. I long to be with her but I am honoring her wishes. I hope she changes her mind about that soon, as my imagination can run away with me.

I thank you all for caring and ask that you continue your prayers. Cee, thank you for starting this prayer chain.
