STUCK IN MIXER

I am glad all worked out

Some of my mixed songs take forever to mix after hitting the save button. I just did a duet with myself and I've been waiting now 14 minutes for it to mix. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Any suggestions?

It is now 18 minutes past the time when I saved it and it is still not mixed yet *sigh*

Ok it's been two hours and it's still not mixed.....guess I just have to do it over again

Sorry to hear you had some trouble. If you have any songs stuck in mixing you can send the link to SingSnapSupport from the Contact Us link and site programmers will look into things. When the programmers have recordings to look at it can help them determine where the problem is so they can address it to prevent future problems.

LOL Um... It looks like it's mixed now.

We had a bit of slow mixing yesterday, but it cleared itself up. That is likely what happened here.

I've been having issues all afternoon. The first 2 songs I recorded the timing was way off- I would have had to have adjusted the timing to -30 to have gotten it to mix correctly. Just to make sure it wasn't on my end, I reloaded the setup wizard. I finally gave up and recorded a third and a fourth song- both have gotten stuck in the mixer. The first one I gave up after 10 mins and just rerecorded- it just took almost 5 mins to mix, but it finally worked. Again, it worked...but it keeps hanging up and saying the video is synchronizing?? Did everyone jump online at once or something?? Nevermind-- argh! It didn't work, it only recorded half the song.
