this is not a song request thread folks...the only way to get your wish list to the ears of the powers of Snap is to follow the link above that Katie, Tas, and I posted.

I have been a member a few years now and although I LOVE the site, I wish you would put some 70s, 80s, and 90s songs on here. I am soooo tired of waiting for new songs every friday only to know maybe one of them. It is frustrating! I know maybe there are licensing issues but PLEASE, for the 30 year olds, get some 70s, 80s, and 90s stuff on here!
Miami Sound Machine would be great, Bon Jovi, Warrant, Richard Marx, Boston, Etc...

And I HAVE submitted song requests and check every week hoping I will see my stuff.. but instead it is like the same songs over and over just different versions

Some of the artists mentioned above are under regional licensing...Do not get discouraged..Just keep requesting songs..If they can be obtained, the site will do its best to get them.

i would simply like for the community at large here on SS to bombard them with questions as to why they don't answer our requests from the request a song page...
i've sent several requests for more than just one song from TRAIN ....like drops of jupiter...i did this back when i joined in march....still to this day not one single response to my request...and i've sent numerous requests...anyone else here feel like we are getting ignored? Also anyone notice that the same old songs always seem to find their way to the feature page? Anyway just a rant for a Sunday morning.

Drops of jupiter is actually on the site......but it is licensed by geographical location and is restricted in certain countries.....

All of those songs are already here except the Rascal Flatts one....and are licensed by geographical location and restricted in certain countries....
