Preview recording question

Hi and welcome to SingSnap!
As long as you don't close the webpage you're previewing you should be able to listen to your preview and adjust it as many times as you'd like.
I'm suspecting you're running Adobe Flash version 11.2 - to determine that right-click in any playback or recording or preview window and the version will appear - if it's version 11.2 see this thread for the fix:

If it's any version less than 11.2 do not update it. Log out of Snap and clear the browser cache:

Then log back into Snap and re-run the setup wizard:

Be sure to click on the save settings button on the last page of the wizard.

I'm able to hear the recording once and try to get the timing correct but after it plays once I can't seem to play it again. I either have to discard it and try again or save it. Am I missing something or is there just no way to hear it more than once?
