@ Iny8. I see many different ppl being showcased all the time. I dont know what you see but 1st its the feature page songs that are the same daily and now its the showcase box and singsnap showing off the same ppl..
Maybe give a link to Trevor? Say hey should this be showcased and maybe it will?
I know one thing for sure me and you must see different when it comes to what singsnap has. I see the feature page changed all the time. New songs are up there daily.
Also the showcase.. I see some talented singers up there and than to be honest I see some non talented singers up there but singsnap showcase many many of singsnappers performances. Good or Bad. So to be honest they do what they can.
I would say stop seeing what you want to see and see what I see and you will enjoy Singsnap alot more than you do now. That is my honest nice as I can answer that I can give to you.

There is nothing political about it. Those that are spotlighted on the feature page are performers who took part in our Valentines Day Challenge.

are featured,as far as i know no one is missed out.
Though it may seem so if many record at the same time.
As for the spotlighted members ( top right of page)
well they have done something different,something
that stands out,something that has obviously taken a
lot of work.Like the ladies & gentlemen who are
there today.
I could not do what they have done.

use cam

i was not commenting on feature page, my comments were on spotlighted singers, nor was i moaning, i was trying to get an answer to a question raised to me by 2 other members who felt intimidated to post for discussion.
annie has answered it, thank you annie.
i sometimes wonder why it is, when someone asks a question or has some constructive criticism, they are 'thrown under the bus", maybe that's why those 2 members, felt, intimidated.

Yes, the people on the 3 Box spotlight are those who participated in our most recent challenge =) We are always looking for new faces so I encourage everyone to join us next week in our next challenge!

just a small suggestion, why not have a random feature page singers with some maybe shy members who dont want to be in challenges, contests etc.
just do a feature singer on feature page, kina like candid camera but they can or cannot use cam.
no copy n paste if possible as some elderley members dont know how to do that.

There already is a feature page.....
All a person needs to do is sing one of the featured songs to be on it....and its audio or video...does not matter.....

You don't have to post any links to be on the feature page Inky.......all you do is sing one of the featured songs.......no cutting and pasting involved......that is exactly what happens...........you sing one of the songs it directly posts on that page I linked you to!.......the person does not need to do anything to make that happen.......

ok folks Inky is not asking about the 'feature' page itself...He is asking about the 'spotlight' songs that appear on the feature page. From what I understand in his opinion he feels the same folks are being spotlighted. A few people have answered that those folks are chosen due to participation in a singsnap hosted challenge. Now Annie kindly came on the thread and explained how it is all done and selected. Inky's feelings on the subject have been noted.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions of changes they would like to see...Just scroll down to the bottom of any singsnap page and click where it says 'feedback'. That is the best place to give any ideas or suggestions for site improvement.

And @Inky As I told you above. The showcase or spotlight or w/e you said you see the same ppl up there all the time. I dont. I see different ppl up there alot. As matter fact I just seena nice piece of the broadway song chicago yesterday :).
But to answer your question again. There is all sorts of singers on the spotlight showcase trevors box whatever its called lol there is different ppl all the time up there as I said good singers and not so good singers.
You want spotlight? Go sing. There you go problem solved. And if you have a link for Trevor you want spotlighted tell send it to him and he may show it off? Who knows.
But you said feature page and show singers on feature page and well singsnap already does that everytime you sing a song from the feature page.
Thats what Katie link was to show you that they already do that.

Than you make a suggestion which is cool of you cause you are a cool singsnap member. You say why not have a random feature page with singers who dont wanna be in challenges or contest. You say just do a feature page with singers.
