Hi Marilyn,
Every once in awhile a problem will occur like that with a particular song - I'd suggest sending a message to SingSnapSupport with the name and artist of the song as well as the company making the track (it'll be at the beginning or end of the song) and what pitch function doesn't work and they'll check into it for you

When I change the pitch to a song it will not record. I am a gold member so that's not the problem.
