My screen says the Adobe Flash Player is blocked. How do I rectify?
The latest version of Chrome has changed the default behavior to blocked. Here's how you can change that.
1. Click on the three dot menu in the upper right of your browser. 2. Click on "Settings". 3. On the left hand side of the settings page click on "Advanced". 4. Click on the "Privacy and Security" option that shows just below the Advanced button you clicked.5. In the middle of the settings page click on the "Site Settings" option. 6. Scroll down to "Flash" in the middle of the page and click on it. 7. Click on the option that says "Block sites from running Flash (recommended)". It should change to Ask first. 8. Close the settings window and try things again on SingSnap.
Adobe also offers instructions from their website. You can check those out here if you had any trouble with the instructions above. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/6258784
That should cause a prompt to show for you to allow Flash Player to load.

Don't fret, Adobe Flash Player and all the issues with it will be gone by Christmas. I think SS are planning some kind of HTML5 based platform but you'd have to speak to support about that.
