can someone help me to lower the scale of an existing track in sing snap ?? is there any solutions regarding this issue or the track is just the same as it is????

You won't be able to do that unless you route the backing audio thru some kind of pitch-shifting plug-in on your own machine. Tools like Adobe Audition are capable of doing this to locally-stored sound files, but I don't know how you'd go about doing it to streaming audio.

Changing pitch without altering the tempo is CPU-intensive, and I don't know if it would be practical to do in real time on a personal computer. I suppose you could suggest it to the site developers as a server-side feature, but that might be a tall order.

FYI, from an aesthetic standpoint, you can only go up or down a few semitones before things start to sound obviously distorted.
