Having problems with gold renewal

Did you try to log in again? It may be that simple - hope it is..... Dont panic - you have 10 days to renew.

oh yes i did and i shut down my pc everything i knew to do. I'll try again later.
Really ten days to renew? I hope so.

Yep 10 days until your recordings go down to the last 100.... I know I went into panic the first time my membership came up for renewal - someone was kind enough to tell me about the 10 days.
It may be worth trying to get in through the other door, if you still cant get in the usual way. Down the bottom of each page is a list of facilities. Click on 'Site Map' - scroll down the list then unil you get to 'Gold'. Hopefully that will allow you in to renew...... I'm trying to renew my gold membership but everytime i click on gold it directs me back to the login page. My membership ends tomorrow so i really need help.
