*Hello & welcome to Melody & my new contest. We hope you will join in on the fun.
Here is the concept :
*There will be 3 rounds total.
Round #1 : Our favorite songs from the "Oldies" genre.
Round#2: Our favorite songs from the "country" genre.
Round#3 : Our favorite "Elvis Presley songs". (this is obviously our gender bender round).
*All songs are pre-determined by us (our favorite songs) you choose one number at "sign-ups" you will receive your song when round#1 starts :)
**All scores will be scored out of a possibility of *20 pts*
*Please keep in mind that you "might" need to learn your song. If you are not keen on learning new songs or being "challenged", this contest may not be for you!
*We will accumulate all 3 scores per contestant at the end to give us our TOP 5 winners. We will also give out a participation banner for everyone.
**Each round will last 48hrs(2days).
To enter all you need to say is : "I want to sing your melodies" & choose a number from 1 to 25. Your chosen number will be yours for all 3 rounds.
1.Follow all Singsnap rules & respect contestants & hosts.
2.No pre-records, do not promote yourself, your friends or family. There is a promotion thread for that.
3.Do not use the QUOTE feature & do not use colored or bold fonts. Reserved for hosts only.
Please do not add HUGE graphics. Small ones are fine as long as they suit the theme. :)
4.Be aware of deadlines & what is going on the thread by checkin in and READING our posts.No late entries will be accepted!
5.Be kind & at least listen to your group. We love to see you supporting each other. This is the SPIRIT of Singsnap & of our contests. This is not really a rule but a common courtesy.
6.Your entry must be EXCLUSIVE to OUR CONTEST. Please keep your song PUBLIC throughout the contest. We listen to it more than once during the contest.
7.We do not encourage "FUN FLIPPING" (spamming the thread with excessive posts to reach the next page) So please, refrain from doing so.
8.No Christmas songs, harmonies, demos tracks or duets (Unless requested by your hostesses). No LIC songs.
9.ALL QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, MISSES,RANTS ECT.. ARE TO BE SENT TO YOUR HOSTESS VIA PM ONLY. DO NOT POST THEM ON THIS THREAD. HERE ARE WHERE TO SEND YOUR QUERIES TO.
