When timing my recordings, I sometimes have to have adjustments in the 2-300 range, but I can eventually find a spot where my vocals match the music perfectly. However, when listening to the finished product while viewing the lyrics, the sync between what I am reading and what I am singing is way off, sometimes a line or two. I usually don't care about that since I'm only interested in the finished sound. But, why is this happening? I am using an Imac, a 1202fx mixer and a shure sm58 mic. Here is an example.

I am having the same problem. I have a new computer an IMac. I didn't have these issues before with my old computer.
