What is your Favorite TV Series?
This is normally caused by PC sound settings. If you're using a stereo mix option it could cause some issues. There are some fantastic setup tutorials on the Recording Support profile page. You might give those a try. If you continue to have trouble you can also submit a help ticket on the Recording Support profile page and someone will get back to you with troubleshooting tips.
