In the chart where we rate different aspects of the site from 1 to 10 , I can only rate two of them because when I go past the second one the previous selections dissappear

I had the same probleme as Larry with rating I onelie got one .So what I think of the rest is still a seakret

I've done it, and I realize you are looking for grid answers and which make it easier to look at overall, but I really think you should have left at least one space for overall comments because some of my answers had more than one listing as "most important" or maybe some people would like to elaborate with a longer response. You could have kept your grid count but could have also received some valuable feedback or even ideas that SingSnap hasn't come up with themselves. I for instance started with a 3month subscription on a credit card, moving up to a six month subscription on credit card and next time will probably go for the two year subscription because I place THAT MUCH VALUE on Singsnap. Not trying to be snarky, just wanted to give a little feedback. Thanks in advance for taking a look at this and letting me have my say!!! Back to singing!

Worked fine for me...loved the survey.....Great idea once again.....and I love the part about purchasing the Birthday cake icons...now you need to make a survey for suggestions on icons...like.....maybe a present with a bow/ mug of beer/ glass of wine/ Congrats or WTG!/ kiss/ hug/ .... oh and ummm a Skittles icon lol ...(sm:)es & leaves room quietly)

Each number can only be used once...this is so we can get a ranking of what people find to be the most important.Annie

We are expecting and hoping for thousands of responses, so an open ended survey isn't practical as we'd have to read and categorize each answer. If you have suggestions or ideas of what you'd like to see that weren't included on the survey, please definitely send them through our Website Suggestion Form which allows you to type whatever you like.Annie

Its nothing personal to anyone here. I just really do not like or do this kind of a Survey for anyone, Ever, they do my head in when the answer I have is not on the forms lol..

I'M FINISHED WITH MINE!!! PARTS WERE HARD TO CHOOSE WHICH WAS THE MOST IMPORTAMT - ALL ARE ACTUALLY!!!!!!!! USING A# ONLY ONCE WAS A DIFFICULT TO MAKE A CHOICE!!! THATS MY 2 CENTS WORTH!!! LOL!! HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL!!

That was almost painless... ;)

The only one I had trouble with was the Hearts and Shamrocks one. I liked the hearts, but then to have Shamrocks introduced the very next month was overkill IMO.

Finished, very good survey. one thing I did find I wish I could have commented on was the purches of the icons, I found this to be very hard for some folks, as some very good singers only got one heart, and others got a bunch. I think it is a social thing and will make a lot of people feel left out of the loop. depending on how many friends you have. Some folks just can't afford to buy these things even if they wanted too, I myself feel it is just not fair. Sorry just my opinion.

I have filled out.. but have not recorded a song for over 2 months...as only a blue member......
I feel...that I am just a number.. who gives my credit card information ..

though after I turned blue... was still only as number... so treatment of said member is the same...paid member or not...

been a member for 5 years..... was never acknowledged... in any way... just...

your membership is up... pay up...or turn blue... lose 2000 songs.. or pay up... so you don't lose these.... customer service and retention?... not sure...

All I can say is that I've been on Singsnap for several years and have had a blast singing. That is until recently. It used to be that I could sing ten or twelve songs in an evening with no problems with mixing or tweaking or anything. It was a wonderful site to be part of.However recently with the introduction of the new recorder the fun is gone.Its a fight to get even one or two songs completed .Its now a constant struggle to get settings right or even get them to stay where they are set.The sound quality is no longer good. It has caused me and other friends to start searching the internet for another site to sing on. We really don't want to go elsewhere.We love the site but as I stated the fun is almost gone. There is no help from the help sections because all they ever give as an answer is that its your computer or your settings or adobe or shockwave or anything else they can think of.. I started out on Singsnap with a junk computer and server and have since upgraded to a better server and several upgrades on the brand of computer.I know a little bit more about computers than I did in the beginning,but you know,Everything was smoother and easier when I fist started than it is now. I hope Singsnap can figure out that people are here to sing and have fun,not mess with settings and tweaking and uploading fixes all night long. Singsnap could lose everything like myspace has in the past by not listening to us. We want to sing and have fun,not be computer programers.Thanks for listening .(If you are)

Singing is a great stress reducer, that's why I like this site so much. I can sing my little ole heart out anytime I want. I have a blast singing here also......thanks SS.
