Thanks for your response but what i don't understand is that it is working perfect for 5 years and suddenly out of the blue it doesn't anymore kinda strange :)
Still would like to know if other people are having same troubles last couple days. Thanks.

The problems you've described could be related to several things, but I suspect it's due to an update to Flash Player. For more info see the following thread.

what happened to the recorder? I record a song it plays fine... everything is normal till I save the recording then when I play it back it keeps slowing down and speeding up.... I have logged out and back in, I have re-booted I have scanned my disk and defragged, cleaned the catche nothing seems to make an difference.
is my computer or the singsnap servers?

Make sure windows isn't trying to update & if its not check for windows updates. Make sure you have the latest version of flash player installed.
If this all fails Recording Support would be more than happy to educate you on the matter.

im getting skipping as i record and playback skipping..seems i can record one song just fine but after that it starts...so whats going on..seems to be getting worse too...thanks Deb

Hi Deb, a lot of people were having problems with skipping with the former adobe flash. Have you downloaded the most recent one? I would suggest doing that if you have not already, the newer version has solved a lot of peoples' problems with skipping. Hope that helps! :)

The last couple days i try to record a song sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. A lot of skipping when i listen to the recording not good at all.
Also i tried to record a duet and everytime it's done and i try to listen to it it says that the website isn't found.
Is anyone else having the same problem ? or does anyone has an solution ?
