Ive been trying to sign up for the free 10 day trial for about a month now. Each time, I receive:

Your first subscription payment, for $0.00 USD, has already been sent to SingSnap.

when i subscribe it tells me that that it will cost nothing. the receipt email says it costs nothing for 10 days, and the failure email says that the $12.00 USD subscription failed.
